With a strong emphasis on biodiversity integration and low-carbon mobility, alongside other technical sustainability actions, I drive the continuous improvement of our global real estate portfolio. Through my role within the United Real Estate Sustainability vertical, I enable meaningful, cross-market impact.

As a member of the RE100 Advisory Committee (a global initiative driving companies towards 100% renewable energy sourcing), I contribute to shaping its strategic direction and accelerating the transition to zero-carbon electricity grids by 2040. Leading Real Estate Sustainability strategies across ~20 countries in the Asia and Oceania zone, focusing on integrating sustainability into Decathlon’s stores and warehouses. This includes driving green building initiatives, renewable energy adoption, eco-mobility solutions, and biodiversity measures as part of business development and real estate strategies. Key objectives include achieving, EDGE-certified green stores, implementing EMS/BMS systems, and promoting eco-friendly commuting for teammates and customers by developing EV charging infrastructure, safe bike parking, and public transport access. Additionally, prioritizing store openings in existing or pre-constructed buildings to minimize biodiversity impact and land use.

Responsible for Decarbonization actions across the value chain, to offer our customers their favorite sport products with lesser emissions.
