As an Assistant Manager Human Resources at DTDC Express Limited, I oversee the talent acquisition and onboarding processes for different roles in different domains and levels. I partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates. I also manage the employee induction and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires. I have more than four years of experience in human resources, spanning various industries and sectors. I started my career as a Recruitment Executive at SABURI TLC, where I handled end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions. I then joined ClaimBuddy as a Human Resources Specialist, where I supported the HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. I moved to DTDC Express in July 2021 as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, before being promoted to Assistant Manager in April 2022. I hold a PGDHRM from MITSDE and a BTech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from MACET. I am skilled in HR processes, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR software. I am passionate about finding and retaining the best talent for the organization, and creating a culture of excellence and diversity.
