Mechanical engineer with a strong interest in large-scale industrial design, particularly within the mining sector. I am a fast learner, highly motivated to deepen my understanding of complex subjects, and dedicated to delivering exceptional results. My background includes mechanical design, systems development and multidisciplinary collaboration, developed through both formal engineering education and hands-on project exposure. I bring a diverse foundation built from over a decade in the global marine industry, where I gained practical mechanical insight and adaptability across complex, high-pressure environments. This experience continues to inform my professional approach, combining attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability and performance under deadlines. I am proficient in SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and Navisworks for mechanical design and model coordination, and I have experience using ANSYS Fluent for CFD simulations and MFIX for CFD-DEM modelling involving fluid-solid interactions. My career ambitions lie in complex plant design and multidisciplinary project delivery within the mining and heavy industry sectors. I’m driven to deepen both my technical and project-facing capabilities, and I’m always open to challenges that push me beyond my comfort zone. I am a member of Engineers Australia and am actively developing my competencies toward gaining Professional Chartered Accreditation, with a focus on expanding both technical depth and project delivery capability.
