At the VP of Innovation, Technology and Education at CBPCE, I lead the articulation of strategic partnerships and promote digital transformation as a vector of competitiveness between Brazil and Portugal. I oversee initiatives aimed at strengthening the Brazil-Portugal ecosystem through executive education, the dissemination of emerging technologies, and the creation of collaborative environments for innovation. With a forward-looking approach, I foster the integration of companies, startups, universities, and research centers, bridging knowledge and real market opportunities. I believe in the power of qualified connections and in education as a bridge to sustainable development. Open innovation, knowledge internationalization, and collective intelligence are the pillars that guide my work in this binational mission.

- Responsible for improvements in the technology area, including integration between branches and offices, technological infrastructure upgrades, server and network infrastructure resizing, server virtualization, creation of company domains, website and HR portal development project, information security project, implementation and integration of operational management system, and improvements in the enterprise management system.
