David Rasch

David’s experience in the construction industry includes management of both commercial interior build-out and ground-up projects with an extensive estimating background. Some of his most notable accomplishments include: The Kirby Collection, the Waterway Avenue and Waterway Square developments for The Woodlands Development Company, Sugar Land Town Square with Planned Community Developers and the Anadarko 1,000,000 square-foot interior build-out. At Harvey, David is responsible for marketing ground-up projects as well as reinforcing the Interiors Department. His other responsibilities as Director include budgeting, contract negotiation, estimating, marketing and project oversight.

Upon graduating from Texas A&M David began his career at Constructors & Associates (Structure Tone) in Houston. His responsibilities included Estimating, Budgeting and Project Management.
