As Practice Lead, I built Lantern’s Data & AI consulting capability from the regional base, defining the service portfolio, delivery standards, and technical operating model. I established core frameworks for enterprise modernization, governed data foundations, and AI operationalization, delivering secure and Microsoft-native platforms across Fabric, Azure, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. Leads global Data Science product strategy, overseeing the development, scaling, and adoption of market-leading data science and data intelligence platforms and products. Delivered 12+ Machine Learning models in 2024, driving AI-enhanced data insights for commercial real estate. Developed and executed the Agentic AI strategy for Building Operations professionals, optimizing AI-driven decision support. Led product development for Next Action Engine & Vantage Analytics, the market leaders in Commercial Real Estate AI powered analytics and insights: Next Action Engine contributed to $649M in wins, now included in 100% of CBRE pitches. Drove $6M in investment for AI, data standardization, and predictive analytics, ensuring enterprise-wide scalability. Led deployment of CBRE’s Enterprise Data Platform to three of the largest Asia Pacific markets.
