Oversee operations across offices in Delhi, Dhaka and Shanghai, coordinating production sites in Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, Cambodia and China. Responsible for the entire operational framework, including sourcing strategy, supply chain management and financial oversight, such as budgeting and profit and loss management. Manage approximately 35 vendors throughout Southeast Asia, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of corporate goals. Collaborate with a different team of around 90 employees, focusing on optimal profitability, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards. Enhance both the perceived and actual quality of garments in line with company requirements, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability throughout the supply chain.
