I am a scientist and technology leader with 20+ years of experience in glycoscience and 10+ years of experience in antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) discovery and development. My expertise spans carbohydrate chemistry, glycoengineering, linker-payload design, bioconjugation technologies, and next-generation ADC platform development. Throughout my career, I have focused on translating innovative science into practical solutions that enable the development of safer and more effective therapeutics. Currently, I lead ADC Enabling Technologies at OBI Pharma, where I drive the development of proprietary bioconjugation platforms, including GlycOBI®, HYPrOBI™, EndoSymeOBI®, ThiOBI®, and GlycOBI DUO®, supporting both internal pipeline programs and external collaborations. I am passionate about bridging chemistry, biology, and engineering to advance next-generation bioconjugates, including ADCs, dual-payload ADCs, and degrader-antibody conjugates (DACs), with the goal of delivering transformative medicines to patients.
