Grupo Antolin, TIER1 automotive company ( more than 25.000 employees) that supplies all OEM`s worldwide. Its products are focused on five business units: Headliners, Door Trim Panel/ Interior Hard Trim / Door Closure Systems, Seats, cockpits and Interior Lighting. My work within Innovation Department (HQ) focuses on studying new solutions (Focused on Window Regulator, Door Hardware Door Modules and Door Trim Panels) that contribute to primary mission is to seek innovative technologies and solutions whose pillars are saving cost and weight, and that provide our products a competitive advantage in responding to the RFQ's coming from customer, always passing all requierements. Apart from this we also emphasize the objective of increasing the portfolio of products offered by Grupo Antolin. We worked from product conception relying on FEA simulations defined from technical specifications, manufacturing of parts, dimensional control and finally validation. We manage our suppliers and transfer information to our customers.
