• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters for 82 ShopeeMall brands of Home & Living category such as Corkcicle, Stabilo, Winn Gas, Plusware, Family bike, etc which contributes to Rp. 800,632,865 • Develop business strategic plans and discussion with the brands, resulting in the performance improvement of brand, resulting in 700% significant uplift from Q3 2021 to Q4 2021 • Maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships and grow partner’s business • Forecast and track key partnership metrics (e.g. sales, issues, etc) and escalate/resolve issues accordingly • Assist the onboarding of the brands who are willing to be Shopee's strategic partners with related stakeholders and help for day to day operations related to partnership • Provide market insights from the stakeholders’ perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics

• Handling for sales and marketing of 500+ Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant & Café) in Medan area • Maintain good business relations with existing partners • In charge of supervising 5 salesman in order to meet sales targets • Develop, implement, and manage sales plan and target • Monitor business partner reports • Generate weekly and monthly reports
