Hey there! 👋 If I were to describe my role and passion in a sentence, it would be "I love taking care🤗 of people!" I wanted to be in corporate business and stay well connected to people in the process. Thus I chose to be a HR Professional where I could do both at the same time! The tagline which my course of study in Human Resource Management with Psychology became the cornerstone of my mantra - 🧠Head for Business, Heart for People💓 Having 2 years of National Service of leading men in operations and exercises, I have developed an operational mindset and became a process driven individual. The military training has set the foundation needed for me in planning📝 and execution⚙️. Having exposed to systems, processes and training has showed me that for anything to function properly it requires structure with a good foundation otherwise it would fall. I found myself in positions where I was purposeless and undervalued, I have also found myself in positions where I was motivated and would do the best of my capabilities. The difference in those situation was someone who knew how to draw out my potential and purpose. There is a proverb that says "The purpose in a man's heart is like deep water🕳️🌊, but a man of understanding will draw it out🧺” I desire to be the catalyst🔥 for people. All in all, I aspire to build people-oriented processes that value adds to organisations and bring individuals to the next level!🆙
