In this position I served as primary marketing and sales representative for accessory products, including dealer recruitment, direct to consumer, and business to business sales. My responsibilities also included advertising and media placement, ad coordination and production, as well as assisting the business owners in all facets of the company as needed.

After starting as an administrative assistant at Zero-base Advertising (formerly known as: Mars Communications, Inc.) in 1992, I was able to work my way into production and account management over the course of just a few short years. With this company, I learned the advertising field and developed the skills necessary to manage customer projects from estimation to completion. As of June 1996, I had become the primary contact for two of the top five corporate accounts of the agency.

In this position, I supervised and coordinated the phone/dispatch personnel and system, served as a customer service representative, and provided administrative support to a 15 member service staff.

As an independent sales consultant for a party plan company, I worked my business to build a following of repeat customers and developed beneficial relationships and connections, all while having fun!

As owner and designer of The Cookie Boutique, my responsibilities included all aspects of running a cottage baking business including cookie design, customer relations, accounting, website creation/maintenance, social media content, and promotion.
