As a Junior CX and Platforms Specialist at L’Oréal Pakistan, I focus on creating exceptional consumer experiences and driving digital innovation. Our goal is to take Ecommerce in Pakistan to whole new level by bringing in a rigorous amount of analytical tools and by building new/improved consumer facing funnels. One of my core responsibilities is to oversee successful adoption of such tools, so I constantly work on habit building activities for marketeers with HR specialists. My journey at L’Oréal began as a Management Trainee in 2023. During the program, I gained cross-functional experience in CDMO, HR, Marketing, and Commercial roles, contributing to impactful projects like launching the subsidiary's first-ever CGI campaign and restoring compliance in General Trade stores. With a strong academic background in Economics and Public Management from LUMS, I combine analytical rigor with creativity to deliver meaningful results. My earlier experiences as an on-page SEO specialist honed my skills in SEO, content creation, and campaign optimization, which I now apply to elevate brand engagement on digital platforms. I also continue to innovate digitally outside of L'Oreal as well. I have successfully managed to channel into a top-rated Digital Specialist that has become the first choice for multiple international digital marketing firms.
