Being responsible for the buying both domestic and overseas - Managing the category’s performance in terms of assortment, pricing, promotion, demand planning, stock-level - Managing the project “Air-cooler” in seasonal sales in terms of forecast, TVC, Banner, Staff incentive - Leading and training sourcing team - Building and maintaining good relationships suppliers (Philips, Panasonic, Sharp,,...)

Domestic - Releasing PO on ERP based on Sales, Inventory, and ensuring deliver on time - Distributing products to all stores (nearby 1000 stores) - Solving the defected products with suppliers Overseas - Sourcing the suppliers who have the products meet the requirement - Dealing contracts (payment terms, delivery-time, products’ specification) - Processing the necessary clearance documents (CI, PL, CO, BL) - Dealing price, DEM/DET with forwarders - Reviewing and evaluating the performance of the suppliers

- Working with IT and Purchasing Team to build, deloy and develop Purchasing Tool on ERP - Reporting daily about Suppliers’ contracts and Front Margin to ensure all suppliers have contract before placing orders and warming products which are bought under Front Margin

- Updating PO and Distributing the products (laptop) to Dienmay.com's stores. - Reporting daily about sell out, sell in to manager - Be responsible for working with Marketing Team to build landing page, banner and promotion - Be responsible for updating content and products’ information on website
