At Nas Neuron Health Services, I manage HealthHub — our fully in-house digital healthcare solution integrated into our mobile applications and member portals. HealthHub includes appointment booking, live doctor and facility directories, and exclusive health and wellness offers, all designed to simplify access to care and enhance the member experience. Key Responsibilities: ●Update doctor and facility profiles to ensure accuracy across platforms. ●Manage appointment bookings between enrolled providers and our customer care team. ●Enroll healthcare facilities into HealthHub across apps and member portals. ●Secure exclusive health and wellness offers for NAS and Neuron members. ●Conduct training sessions for providers handling their own appointments. ●Prepare and send monthly productivity reports to track engagement and performance. ●Collaborate closely with the IT team to enhance and develop HealthHub features. ●Focus on reducing cancellation rates and improving member satisfaction.

1. Providing professional customer service. 2. Explain and communicate with patients about their medication. 3. Extensive knowledge of the wide variety of products inside the pharmacy so that I can use cross and up selling techniques. 4. Discuss the benefits and give the right product for the customer's needs. 5. Deal with insurance prescription in a professional manner. And explain the exact way of using and doses to the customer. 6. Handle difficult situations in the most effective way that keep the customer and the company satisfied.

1.Take prescriptions from clients in person and over the phone. 2.Fill Prescriptions. 3.Keep Pharmacy Clean. 4.Collect Payment. 5.Manage Inventory. 6.Measure and mix drugs according to prescriptions. 7.Package, label and dispense medications. 8.Check for expired medications and discard it properly.
