Dan is the founder of Zeti: financial technology for the energy transition; financing future transport and energy solutions. Zeti originated in London but now also operates in California and New York and continues to expand.Zeti delivers data driven financial software to accelerate the adoption of clean assets and infrastructure solutions through as-a-service finance models, including utilisation-based finance. We initiated the model clean transport assets and are now supporting broader decarbonised energy solutions.Zeti on a mission to reduce carbon emissions and make it easier for companies to transition to zero and ultra-low vehicles, assets and infrastructure, whilst also offering institutional lenders the option to generate attractive, risk-adjusted returns in a new, clean asset class. Zeti's digital financing platform connects operators of business-critical vehicle fleets to facilitate clean mobility. The company sits at the intersection of fintech, mobility, energy and sustainability, unlocking the potential of technology to revolutionize the financing of transport and support the goals of business and society.Formerly, Dan developed Octopus Investments' Transportation as-a Service (TaaS) offering, providing a turnkey solution to deliver clean transport to fleet operators using a pay as you you mechanism, and enabling a tailored solution that optimises operators' cashflow.Dan is also the the founder and Managing Director of Decarbon Capital. Decarbon facilitates private capital for compelling projects by incentivising and sharing the resulting financial benefits through performance based profit sharing. These investment principles have been applied to transport to accelerate the transition to low emissions vehicles.Dan’s career has been spent in the financial and technology consulting industries. He was a senior management consultant for IBM and PwC managing complex outsourcing projects, and was an IBD Associate with Morgan Stanley structuring and executing corporate transactions.
