I deliver strategic market intelligence and insights to the KDG business regarding Talent Acquisition and industry trends in a way that aligns with the company's objectives. Contributions: Proactively seeks to enhance Kaman Distribution's recruitment and hiring practices by developing, recommending, and implementing innovative strategies. Manages all recruitment communication strategies by collaborating with Marketing. Effectively manages and leads the full cycle recruitment and hiring (internal and external) process for multiple requisitions simultaneously. Coaches hiring managers and HR partners regarding process related activities and best practices. Provides ad-hoc reporting for support and data insight to track key talent acquisition metrics. Ensure legally compliant hiring standards at all times.
