Responsible for the successful delivery of products to our clients by performing Agile project management, engaging with and managing client relationships, and providing technical or design thinking expertise as needed. Leading the Themed Entertainment Studio inside of Valtech, focusing on delivering human-centered, interactive experiences for guests of all ages and abilities. Additionally served as Program Manager for Valtech's Future Studio, a global effort to examine current trends and identify how we shift our delivery to meet the demands of the future, building a future that we want to see.

Co-founder of the INKubate team at Lockheed Martin, applying my guest experience design and facilitation skills with my technical knowledge to help teams identify what problem they are trying to solve, refine their problem/solution set, and communicate the business value of that solution to their customers, both internal and external. Managing software development for a new attraction at Universal Creative. Responsibilities include project management and organization using Agile (Scrum) development methodologies, coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams both internal and external, and delivering a functioning software product to power the attraction.

Led the Innovators' Garage R&D lab, which involved rapid prototyping of ideas and often integration of hardware and software components. Work included software development of augmented reality maintenance and manufacturing applications, desktop maintenance trainers, using 3D printing to prototype hardware solutions, creating a custom projection mapping system, and other experimental projects for internal use.

Attained a Masters of Entertainment Technology at the Entertainment Technology Center at Carnegie Mellon University. Projects included developing a prototype of a submarine training simulation for the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry, building a hot-air balloon themed reservation kiosk for Give Kids The World Village, and developing a crowdsourcing Facebook game for Lockheed Martin.

Worked with Augmented Reality to generate a 3D data visualization tool, with data layers that can be toggled on/off.

Installed and configured CiscoWorks for the local network and ran daily backups of servers; Mapped the global network using What'sUp; Analyzed data reports, looking for patterns; HEALTHeWV assistant (an electronic health clinic program in West Virginia)

Duties included maintenance of grounds, buildings, roads, and campgrounds, as well as custodial work; Frequent interaction with Park visitors with occasional interpretive functions, explaining the Park's natural geothermal and wildlife features; Volunteered with the Computer Support Systems division on days off.

Developed a visual interface using IDL (Interactive Data Language) for astronomers to both view and report types of radio frequency interference.
