As a Resident Assistant, I plan and implement recreational programs to help first year students adjust to college life. I also mediate and resolve conflicts among residents as needed, as well as serve as an on campus resource. I am responsible for the safety and well-being of my residents and act as a role model to guide them in their college journey.

* This is a finance and accounting related position. Some of my daily tasks include reviewing and reconciling budgets regularly; signing off on transactions made by the Budget Office department; and maintaining spreadsheets on college budgets and other fiscal data. Other tasks include: * Assist in preparing the annual budget submission to the Office of Management * and Budget * Manage the Budget Office department email account * Train newly hired Budget Analyst Interns

* This is my previous position before I became a Budget and Systems Analyst Intern. It contained similar responsibilities, such as: preparing journal entries through Adobe Acrobat Pro Forms * posting budget transfers using Banner by Ellucian budgeting system * and updating and documenting new budgeting procedures on a regular basis.

As a cashier, I gained experience handling monetary transactions, worked in a variety of different departments, and communicated with and provided customer service to dozens of customers everyday.
