• Leading Digital Mortgage middleware development team using Agile Jira Kanban to organize and track team progress. • Coaching JAVA EOL remediation teams to use Jira Kanban to facilitate POC’s and in-house conversion of complex applications to Java 11, CD/CI and enable App containerization to become Cloud Ready. • Teaching Waterfall PM’s Agile concepts and assisting with Jira setup for Agile projects

Led Avoka Account Opening Consumer Learning Training Project, introducing SAM2 Instructional Design process using Jira Kanban to prioritize work flow as User Stories. Trained PMO Staff in Agile concepts and advised the Lean Speed to Market work stream how to identify pain points and recommended Agile concepts and tools to help breakdown silos and improve cross-team collaboration.

Lead Agile software development teams, including training and coaching teams transitioning from Waterfall.

Leading the FAST iCON Development Team in their first Agile Scrum project for Consolidated Desktop, a $4 M project to consolidate many internal systems into one system. Scrum Master and Agile coach leading daily stand-up meetings and other Agile ceremonies as well as facilitating 2 week sprints.

Managing the rollout of the IBM Emptoris Procurement System and integration with PeopleSoft. Replacing internally developed request management system with PeopleSoft Punchout order portals and integration with Flexera software license asset management system. Leading an Agile team in portal development. Leading the implementation of Identity Management and Access Governance project for the enterprise using Computer Associates IdentityMinder and GovernanceMinder products.

• Project Managed New 2013 Tier 2 Not Permitted Technology Remediation Program, led a team of Chief Engineers and Application Owners to remediate SW/HW/MW/DB that is no longer vendor supported worldwide for Bank of America. Created and maintained SharePoint site for metric reporting and remediation tracking. • Project Manager led a team of Chief Engineers and directed application owners to remediate security software vulnerabilities worldwide for Bank of America; exceeded goals, $2M under budget. • Tracked performance metrics and reported to executive management the project portfolio status of New BAC Ideas for the Hosting Technology Infrastructure Team using SharePoint site. • Developed and organized Portfolio Management operational routines; Burn Rate and expense monitoring/reporting, New BAC Save goal achievement and project health and status.

• Leading the SB Contact Management System implementation of Salesforce.com CRM and customization for 1,000 new Small Business Bankers. • Led the conversion of Center of Excellence Call Center from Oracle CRM to SF in 45 days; 0 defects. • Managed the SB IVR and Call Center Enhancement project adding dynamic menus, speak freely voice recognition and call routing enhancements.

Represent local provider of VoIP services by direct sales and business development by networking through BNI, Chamber of Commerce networking events, commission sales activities, including cold and warm calling, on-site consulting to show value and ROI to client.

• Deployed a $16 Million IRS Lockbox Infrastructure Upgrade project on time within budget. • Wrote detailed design specifications for the LaSalle Bank merger project; awarded 5,000 recognition points. • Captured detailed design specifications in Share Point Server and performed Borland Caliber traceability matrix analysis to ensure the business requirements were satisfied by the system design elements. • Prepared project scope, business requirements and design documents while enforcing change control and security policies.

• Launched the initial implementation of high speed digital image scanners. Identified serious design flaws and compelled the vendor to remediate on-site; met aggressive production implementation deadline. • Achieved the top performing scanner operations site. Trained operations staff, carefully planned preventative maintenance, spare parts availability and module backup. • Increased scanner performance 50% by recommending hardware/software design changes. • Led on-site scanner operations support team; showcased capabilities to potential clients and implemented new business applications.

• Collected activity based costs from all divisions to assist executive management to plan for downsizing due to a downward cycle in sales. Served as DBA to validate and extract essential information from the employee interview database. • Developed a unique Excel Pivot Table tool that allowed management to model different FTE scenarios to achieve a balanced and adequate work force.

I attended the College of St Rose evenings after work for over 10 years to obtain my BS in Computer Science. I had to juggle family, job, travel and extended periods of relocation that put my studies on-hold. I learned so much more CS including C, C++, Java, Artificial Intelligence and Business. The advantage of taking this long is that I kept my technical skills current.

Lot's of intense programming. I worked full time while going to HVCC, I would come home at 9 PM, start writing a COBOL program, finish it at 4 AM and drive to the school to get it keypunched into cards ASAP in the morning by the data entry staff. I would then compile and debug the program. Programming is so much easier today and I now lead Agile Teams as their Scrum Master and Coach!
