Overseeing and managing of supplier’s performance, implementation of strategic purchasing process, managing of Refit Purchasing department with a staff that includes five employees, developing strategic suppliers and negotiated contract agreements, responsible for the creation and implementation of policy and procedures related to the procurement processes, requisitioning creation, reviewing and approvals creating purchase orders, resolving discrepancies, developing and maintaining procurement related reports, working with all levels of management and executive team.

Overseeing all operations within the purchasing department with a staff that includes two employees, negotiation cost and putting contracts in place, long term agreements with the strategic suppliers, directly contribution to group annualized cost savings, strategic sourcing, participating in and managed process improvements for the purchasing department.

Support to Purchasing Director and all the department involved in the management of the supplier base, day to day purchasing activities, retaining documents in compliance with organization’s record retention policy, preliminary negotiations, placing purchasing orders.
