• Manage forecast and maintain a rolling product level supply plan (30+ finished goods SKUs) which delivers Customer Service and Inventory KPI's. • Integrate ERP based planning systems (NetSuite and Workdays Adaptive to Netstock) to manage purchasing, transfer and production plans across seven 3PLs including blenders, co-mans and offsite storage warehouses. • Host monthly Demand and Supply S&OP presentations for collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams.

• Planned weekly production of fresh products from thawing/repacking of frozen raw materials. • Placed purchase orders with Europe/USA suppliers for sufficient holding of raw materials. • Sourced packaging and procured from local and international suppliers. • Worked directly with supermarkets for order allocation of short shelf-life products and conducted national stock transfers of all SKUs (800~1000 SKUs) across multiple state warehouses and 3PLs to ensure stock in the right location for sales and case fill rate. • Analysed capacity and planned receipts of container clusters for mitigating risks of detention.
