I have been in the healthcare payer IT field for over 20 years. I have been fortunate to work with some of the largest players in the commercial field, as well as, one of the most innovative Medicaid programs in the country. During my career, I have had the opportunity to lead major system implementations, in house development, system security and privacy, and many other areas that are required to run IT for a health plan or Medicaid agency. As the CIO of AHCCCS, I am responsible for the strategic direction for all of these areas with the vision of fulfilling our mission.
