Review and analyze spreadsheet-based financial models and re-engineer them into a format for EPM Solution. Lead the building of complex financial models for M&A, Workforce Planning, Headcount Planning, Revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, and more. Guide clients regarding best practices to be incorporated into their models. Lead training sessions with clients on the use of models. Led and assisted in design and configuration sessions with clients to accurately capture their reporting, forecasting, and budgeting requirements Build financial models and conduct extensive testing to meet clients' reporting and planning requirements. Troubleshoot and fix issues and concerns for clients. Audit and assess existing models, modules, and integrations to provide and implement best practices. Create documentation and UAT reports of financial models, business processes, and admin user guides for clients to adapt to the EPM solution. Assist with integrations to data sources, creating loaders, and tasks. Experience with Workday, Sage Intacct, and Salesforce integrations Regularly engage and support the client through all project phases, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems. Create financial and non-financial dashboards, reports, KPIs, metrics, and ad-hoc reports as necessary. Contribute to project management and ensure client satisfaction.

• Assists with Sage Intacct system implementations as well as post-production support and enhancements • Helps to identify, assess, and analyze business problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors • Contributes knowledge and best practices of key accounting-related business processes (e.g. Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Financial close, etc.) • Supports various Business Transformation projects including (but not limited to): process or finance improvement and optimization, operations, or performance improvement, data analytics, business analysis • Assesses and escalates project issues, risks, or conflicts to leadership and suggests resolutions • Proactively partners with CrossCountry Consulting’s leadership team on internal projects, including but not limited to the following: sales/marketing initiatives, recruiting, training, and organizational development • Lead and assist data conversion of GL summary and GL Detail data by creating Alteryx workflows to be imported into Sage Intacct. • Assist with the functional and technical design of Workday Adaptive Planning instances. • Responsible for building models components on Workday Adaptive Planning projects including sheets, formulas, reports, and validation • Support and create training materials and also support knowledge transfer.

• Working with 5+ clients monthly creating/writing various reports such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, budgets forms, assumption sheets, personnel sheets, forecasts, financial dashboards, and various ad-hoc reports. These reports included complex report writing and financial analysis that highlight major financial implications for decisions to be made by the client. • Assist in the development of executive-level presentations, KPI reports, and financial models and conduct training and presentations of the financial reports created and their functionality to the clients. • Manage the financial models/versions, administration, and data warehouse modules for various clients. Oversee the security access controls for the end-users and admin users. • Assist in system integrations between ERP and CPM systems. Conduct mapping of levels, dimensions, and GL Accounts and manage the chart of the accounts during and after integrations. • Create and build shared and/or master formula calculations for specific GL accounts such as fringe benefits and overhead costs based on the request of the client which is versions and models. Perform QC checks on the calculations for accuracy using V-Lookups and Pivot Tables. • Build and maintain relationships with our clients. Conduct training and prototype sessions for all financial reports and provide continual support throughout the scope of the project.
