• Developed Power Automate flows to streamline notifications and task creation, integrating MS Teams with Teamcenter PLM emails for efficient CAD and drawing retrieval. • Replaced manual Excel-based tracking with a SharePoint-based system, leveraging Power Automate to automatically notify engineers of new CAD or drawing revisions in Teamcenter, reducing errors and improving efficiency. • Optimized data transfer processes using ServiceNow, cutting turnaround time from days to an average of 5-10 minutes by automating workflows and enhancing coordination between tool shops, customers, and internal teams.
