Monitor inventory levels, inventory positioning, plan importations with Sales forecasts. Manage warehouse personnel and Materials Management personnel. Monitor inventory levels. Compliance functions: Compliance monitoring. Manage Custom’s Broker activities. Assure Compliance of documentation presented to Custom’s Authorities. Sales & Quality functions: Work with Sales Dept. to coordinate flow of materials & products and planning. Direct contact with main office Purchase Orders & Product availability Work closely with RA/QA Dept. to comply with local regulations: package, relabeling, transport, warehousing, internal processes and distribution Support Quality Audits; ensure Annual Internal Audit Program timely execution.

Request, verify and control all Import permits. Mexican team leader on interdisciplinary projects for procedural improvement. Compliance functions: Appointed ITCO (International Trade compliance Officer) for México. Support Corporate and External Audits and participate in Fiscal audits. Support SOX with Internal Control (continuance and compliance with approved procedures) Develop Compliance SOPs assure that import operations were in conformance. Manage Customs relationship: N. Laredo, Manzanillo, Veracruz, Toluca and Mexico City Airport.
