Hey, I'm Courtland! I'm a resourceful & creative problem solver who is committed to driving success. I am a digital media & marketing specialist. I am well versed in; SMM, B2B/B2C targeting & Ecommerce platform management, web dev, cinematography and creative services! My mission is creating media that tell a story and really connects communities. In my previous experiences as a Sales Manager, I developed my skills in networking & relationships with partnered distributors, sales representatives, big box chains, & individual retailers. Chipping away at ground level marketing and face to face pitches. I developed key accounts across Texas, contributed to the oversight and analytics of promotional campaigns, managed Faire marketplace ecommerce & shipping. This role propelled and fueled my ability to perform effectively in high-stakes, fast-paced environments, manage CRM and work largely on B2B KPI's. Other previous management positions as a in-home special needs Housing Manager, Restaurant & Retail General Manager has polished my managerial acumen. I have gained experience in a diversified set of responsibilities, including case management, staff training, project management, customer service, upsells, payroll, medical management, state inspections and inventory control. Early in my career, my formative beginnings started in early childhood/elementary education —a time that honed my patience, communicative skills, and ability to inspire, create, and motivate the youth of today. Aside from professional interests, I have managed to nurture an entrepreneurial spirit through the launching of a custom western hat business, a successful food blog, where I am sharing all my culinary experiments with a community of 7k followers. I also enjoy feeding my creative passions with freelance marketing partnerships and streaming to network and grow my online presence. Every single role that I have held, every project that I have led, has given me unique insights and skills that I bring forward. My ability to don many hats, be adaptive, learn and grow myself allows me to be able to bring a unique perspective.
