• Procurement Process Management: Successfully completed over 200 procurement processes for relief items, including to South Sudan, Somalia, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria, ensuring efficient delivery. • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Managed relationships with current suppliers and sourced new suppliers for all of Medair’s operations, overseeing contracts and framework agreements with a focus on sustainability. • Travel Procurement and Process Optimization: Led the development of an online supplier tool for travel procurement, ensuring service levels and compliance.
