* Acting lead for a wide range of portfolio planning activities in the server infrastructure domain focused primarily on overall Technology Refresh and Organic Growth . * Acting liaison between multiple technology partners and technology operations teams by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex technology & operations problems by leveraging holistic view from process, people and technology perspective. * Acting expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts to drive platform metrics and consistency. * Develop solutions to resolve issues as needed. * Assure operational, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas and oversees playbooks and user guides.

Creating, developing and managing internal procedures for various job functions within the NTCSS system. . Managing relationship between military personnel and vendors. . Working with implementation team to build, customize database structure specific to clients needs and industry best practices for security and efficiency.

* Provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone and email * Monitor customer support requests in a high volume/highly fluctuating environment * Create and respond to tickets as necessary. Each ticket must have detailed troubleshooting documentation that explains the problem, details the work performed, and describes the resolution to the problem * Resolve issues to customer satisfaction * Prioritize tickets as appropriate * Escalate tickets when unable to resolve issues, directing to appropriate departmental contact or vendor for problem resolution * Ensure timely resolution to customer service requests by help desk support personnel

* Business Systems Consultant in charge of: * Controlling Point of Entry for requests made in the ETI Connectivity Asset Request Center. * Provide quality assurance of orders placed in the Connectivity Asset Request Center (CARC) to improve efficiencies through downstream processes. * Manage team inbox and ensure related updates are made to CARC in a timely manner * Partner with Wells Fargo Network Engineering, Service Management and Project Management teams. * Monitor CARC to ensure requests are updated and processed in a timely manner

* Provided technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements * Planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. * Provided Asset management for Wells Fargo sites, which included continental US and international sites. * Collects, Audits and Evaluates data using industry standard services such as: Windows, VMware, MS Office Applications, MS Excel, accounting/finance principles, PAC 2000 Remedy, and Discover asset management software. * Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization. * Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.

* Interacting extensively with clients of the company, or within departments. * Critical examination of clients' requirements and understanding the clients' operations and systems. * Translating the requirements of the client into workable models. * Determining the potential solutions and testing them for both technical and business compatibility. * Developing project feasibility reports and discussing them with the top management with regards to future implementation. * Presenting the client with solutions generated, and familiarizing him with the new models. * Working with software developers and other end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction (in IT jobs). * Planning a testing schedule for completing the system operations, comes after the client has adopted the new system into the workplace. * Supervising proper functioning of a new system as an ongoing process. * Apart from these official activities, being up-to-date with technical developments in the industry by subscribing to tech magazines and participating in developer summits and programs.
