I’m the CEO & Founder of Synodus, a custom software development company built on a belief we had before the GenAI wave: "Clients don’t need more developers. They need more value." Before Synodus, I worked as a Delivery Director and later built another IT outsourcing company, scaling engineering teams and shipping multi-million-dollar projects. It taught me a lot about execution… and also what was missing in the market. In 2019, I started Synodus with a different ambition: add more value than “staffing.” Not just deliver software, but help clients deliver the right outcomes through stronger delivery systems, deeper domain understanding, and higher engineering standards.
