KiWi Private Credit Fund is the first Canadian-managed investment fund dedicated to providing Canadians the opportunity to invest in the rapidly growing marketplace lending space. Kilgour Williams Capital is a boutique credit focused investment firm that has its roots as a consultancy supporting clients that are invested in distressed structured credit products. The firm was founded by Colin Kilgour in 2007 in the wake of the initial meltdown of the structured credit environment globally. In particular, KWG was developed to help investors in the Canadian Asset Backed Commercial Paper (ABCP) market which 'melted down' in August 2007. Since then, the firm has become known across Canada as the national expert in ABCP advisory. Colin Kilgour conducts extensive public speaking engagements on the subject and is frequently sought out by the print and broadcast media for his insights into the market. Connor Clark & Lunn Wholesale Finance is a Toronto-based structured finance firm that sponsors and administer securitization vehicles (conduits). Through its conduits, it invests in a variety of structured financial assets, predominantly Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDO's) The firm is an affiliate of Connor Clark & Lunn Financial Group (www.cclgroup.com). Colin Kilgour was President of the firm and oversaw all business operations.

Since the beginning of Efficient Capital in 2001, Colin has been instrumental in pioneering new securitization structures specifically tailored to trade receivables. He developed the initial business plan for Efficient Capital, socialized it with prospective business partners, and raised the investment capital needed to launch a new structured finance business in Canada Over 5 years, he led virtually all activities at the company: sales, marketing, structuring, technology, operations, and HR. The company grew significantly, had success with clients in both Canada and the US, and ultimately developed a reputation as the leader in mid-market securitization in Canada. Efficient Capital, as a successful, high growth financial services business, was sold to Coventree Capital in May 2006 I left the merged firm after successfully completing the integration
