Assisting Head of Customer Service to communicate with customers, such as handling complaints and negotiation of service quality related matters (until April 2007 with change of management). Planning the repair schedule for defective products Communicate with both internal and external customers on their queries and complaints; Communicate customers’ complaints to various departments concerned and perform follow-up on all outstanding issues until they are closed; Assisting manager in interviewing and recruiting job-seeking candidates Plan the calibration schedule for all production departments. Communicate with the production staff on their queries and complaints with respect to the functionality of the equipment used. Generate calibration procedures for new equipment. Calibrate production equipments.
