Taking a training course of Project Management Professional (PMP).

Drilling and associated services,completion ,workover and EOR services, based on intergrated design operation and operation.

For a year working at operation manager position, i find myself have to take a job, who can in charge and say yes to all the operation and contact, lead the team to make a high compliment ,perform a safely/efficiently operation, let all the crew feel as a team,. Be good, be better.

As evauation from libya,cause of revoluation in Libya, i joined in the preparation of Iraq land rig project, from zero to now, in charge of rig repair/transportation from China to Iraq see port,compile the work book and files needed for project. prepare for first well spud in .

As to the unstaiblizion of Libya, COSL company make a very fast decision,emervency evacuation. As a senior tool pusher, i call in all my crew, discuss this emergency issue, make plan how to make sure all the crew go to safe area,not only Chinese,also other people. It takes 7 days to evacuate all the crew who work for COSL ,77 in total,to China successfully. During this vacuation, i cooperate with other toolpusher and officer make plans take out the decisions from COSL emergency office.Better understanding /useful advice,sense of emergency handling ability,make the good end happen.

November, 2009 , i was promoted as senior tool pusher in Libya land rig project. As the man in charge of all operation and rig maintenance, top of rule is to avoid down time and coordinate with operator/ co-contractor and third part service companies to complete the necessary jobs safely and efficiently.

As senior toolpusher, in charge of all the operation and QHSE arragement, make sure all the crew follow all the orders of OPERATIOR. Work with D.D,drill horizonal hole,plug cement,deal with down hole problems, fishing,etc.

Back to 5002 as a senior tool pusher after treated the high risk H2S problem at September ,2009, rig move 2 times and drill the last well of EN NAGA oil feild.Because of high potential H2S problem, Operation was high light the progrem and risk contol rules, increase the frequency of H2S drill and well control equipments. This is a good chance for me to improve and enchance my risk solve ability and all view thinking way which is very importent for a rig manager.
