Design and planning: Creating data center designs that meet specific business requirements, including layout, power, cooling, and security. 2. Capacity planning: Determining the data center's capacity to support current and future business needs. Work with strategy team on formalising business case. 3. Solution development: Collaborate and developing solutions to meet specific data center needs, such as high-performance computing, cloud computing, or edge computing. 4. Implementation and deployment: Selection vendors/suppliers, contractors. Working with Procurement on framework agreement. Overseeing the construction, deployment, and commissioning of data center infrastructure. 5. Efficiency and Sustainability : Optimizing data center design and operations to reduce energy consumption, water usage, and environmental impact. Streamline process and Operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of organization. 6. Scalability and flexibility: Designing and standardizing data centers roll out that can adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements.

Responsible for Regional DC development, Geen Technology and Construction. Building and leading a team of 6 handling regional DC development from masterplanning, feasibility studies, FEED, technical design, construction and IST.

Senior Principal in WSP Singapore Responsible for 10 stations Rail Project (E1006) with Land Transport Authority. Lead the final design phase with time and manpower constraints but delivered with good quality deliverables. Assist in Data Center bids undertaken. Director General of WSP Vietnam Ltd Oversees the multidisciplinary Office and all projects work in Vietnam. Goal was to ensure that the projects and service delivered by WSP met or exceeds the expectations of our clients. CHG Projects Responsible for CHG1 integrated testings, project finalization and post contract administration including final account with subcontractors. CHG3 project responsible for design concept to Front End Engineering Design to Detailed Design, Procurement and Construction including obtaining approval to proceed from Sr Management Assist in Site Selection, Liaison with Local authorities on requirements, strategic and master planning of new acquired 84 ha site.

Responsible for startup of the Energy & Chemical Business, strategic planning and business development Business Development within the E&C business and maintaining Client Relationship, Contract Negotiation - Securing mater service agreement and negotiate all prime contract Operations and Project Delivery - Ensuring engineering deliverables are done and of good quality. Ensuring project is cost is not overrun and sustainable. Turn around the Energy & Chemical Business and break even within 2 years.

Took over the Energy & Chemical Business as the Business Unit Manager and Manager of Projects in APAC after 2.5 years from joining the organization. Responsible for strategic planning and development of rhe E&C business Managed to turn business around from Red to Profitable Business Unit Manager in Singapore. Responsible for Business Development - building business within the E&C business maintaining client relationship. Contract Management & Negotiation - responsible for securing contract with client and negotiate the T&C of prime contract as well as subcontract both Pre and Post contract. Operations and Project Delivery - responsible for the operation of the business including the design team from FEED to Detailed Engineering and Delivery of Projects and turning over to client. Financial Management - responsible to ensure the business is sustainable, Managed to turn P&L around to be profitable.
