• Perform a panel of assays including plaque forming assays, cell-based expression assays, ELISAs, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, HPLC/UPLC and DLS • Assist with regular maintenance of mammalian cell lines, critical laboratory reagents and troubleshooting of advanced equipment. • Collaborate cross functionally with Process Development and Research teams to support process development and discovery program studies. • Provide analytical support for assay optimization, development and technology transfer for characterization of viral products and impurities. • Independently analyze, compile and present experimental data in technical reports and oral presentations. • Perform full analytical testing to support oHSV and/or LNP product characterization.

• Perform routine QC testing including, but not limited to: ddPCR, ELISA, HPLC, CE, cell-based assays, bioburden, endotoxin, plate reading, and TOC. • Assist with the design, development and implementation of quality analytical training programs and training new employees. • Author and revise SOPs/Forms and other relevant controlled documentation, as well as perform peer review of both internal and externally generated data. • Participate in laboratory equipment qualification activities, as needed, and ensure laboratory operational readiness and assists with troubleshooting/continuous improvement as needed.

• Performed in-process and product release chemical analysis using various analytical techniques for other analyst’s data results. • Performed Gas Chromatography (GC) and HPLC analysis for in-process testing materials. • Operated all test equipment, including maintaining calibration, quality control, samples and reagent inventory, routine maintenance and troubleshooting. • Assisted with the planning, preparation, and execution of validation protocols. • Wrote Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for new procedures and improvement for current ones.

- Assisted with buffer and media preparation and produce SDS PAGE electrophoresis gels. - Maintained pipette tip supply and maintained instrument inventory for the entire lab. - Supported supervisor with lab preparation such as aliquoting enzymes, diluting TBE buffer, setting up the lab benches for each class including Genetics, Forensics, General Biology I & II, Biochemistry, and Cell & Molecular Biology. - Cleaned and organized the laboratory by putting materials back in the correct and safe spot. - Used student data from previous experiments in order to troubleshoot and optimize results. - Interpreted results of optimization studies by writing lab reports and creating graphs, images, and comparison charts. - Wrote and/or revised standard operating procedures once results were reproducible, repeatable, and reliable for future classes,
