Manage a development team of 15+ employee and contractor resources. Oversee and prioritize the delivery of multiple projects (typically 25+ active) and production fixes simultaneously. Serve as application subject matter expert on projects for new products & services. Work directly with business clients to understand their requirements, identify application impacts, provide time/cost estimates and lead development through the project lifecycle (SDLC process). Coordinate with various AT&T teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and availability regarding application roadmap, capacity, scalability, upgrades, etc.

Served as the primary point of contact for assigned customer base. Responsible for understanding the customer’s business objectives and environment to identify areas of potential sales opportunity and risk. Performed complex data analysis to validate or increase product/service value and portfolio. Made recommendations for process/procedural changes to reduce exposure to fraud and revenue loss. Performed sales presentations for new products/services, provided on-site training, project management, troubleshooting and overall relationship building for all levels within customer organizations. Served as liaison between external customer and internal application development team to provide on-going business and technical support of installed products.
