Ciaran Broughal - cbroughal@gmail.com. My current role is crew controller in the Operations Control Centre (OCC) at Stobart Air. The OCC is at the heart of any airline. Airline Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Efficiency, Cost Reduction and On-Time Performance (OTP) are massively influenced by daily systems management in the OCC. Crew Control is one of the most important roles in the OCC Forward planning and good decision making day-to-day and ability to work under pressure as a crew controller in the OCC are vital to the safe, legal and smooth running of the airline. After years of experience and a strong educational background within the transport industry the environment in the OCC is where I feel most at home.
