Past positions more sales related such as: inside/outside sales representatives, loan officers, and financial advisors. Positions ranged from entry to senior level Sourced candidates multiple ways including but not limited to searching resume banks, placing ads, internet mining, referrals, job fairs, associations and cold calling Write job descriptions and job postings Familiar with and use applicant tracking systems Negotiate salaries and extend offers Attend job fairs Perform other functions upon client request such as but not limited to interviewing, testing, and reference checks
