That pattern has repeated across every environment I have entered: ▪  At Whalen Furniture, lead a $250M multi-country operation through trade volatility, demand contraction, and cost inflation — strengthening cost structure, expanding margins, and retaining Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Lowe’s as growth partners. ▪  At Crate & Barrel, recruited to transform global sourcing and product development amid trade disruption and pandemic volatility; mitigated $10M in margin exposure through supply network diversification. ▪  At Williams-Sonoma, selected by senior leadership to establish Asia regional headquarters in Singapore and build China operations from the ground up — scaling volume from $90M to $240M with full P&L accountability. I also served as a Board Member for a U.S. upholstery manufacturing joint venture, overseeing capital deployment, capacity expansion, and governance, and contribute regularly to industry panels on global operations and supply chain leadership.
