I am responsible for the management of the building and grounds portfolio of Tauranga Hospital Campus and Tauranga regional buildings. Ensuring that they are maintained to a high standard and compliant. This includes reactive and planned maintenance management in addition to project work across the campus.  

My role was to test from an end user’s perspective newly developed facilities management / CMMS and lease management software to ensure usability and standards were achieved. Made recommendations for changes and improvements.

My role was to provide project management services within the Facilities Management team. I managed, contract budgets, contractors, tender applications, building applications, budgets and ensured that client’s requirements were met. clients included BNZ retail, Department of Corrections, Starship Hospital, University of Auckland and Ministry of Education.

I was responsible for onsite facilities management, including hard and soft services the Dial Contracts, Vehicle Fleet Leasing premises of Barclays Bank under Johnson Controls. The role incorporated both planned and reactive maintenance. Included also was project work such as office refurbishments, relocations and passenger lift upgrades.

My role was to oversee the daily operations of buildings within the Barclays Property Holdings property portfolio. I was the site based Facilities Manager responsible for support staff as well as ensuring the client had a productive working environment within the commercial building. Responsible for onsite facilities management, including hard and soft services the Barclays Bank Business National Continuity commercial premises. Including both operational planned and reactive maintenance.

I worked with a wide variety of clients and ensured that their buildings were kept compliant. Ensured my clients were alerted ahead of time to building related problems needing attention to make sure their BWOFs were renewed on time to meet the requirements of the New Zealand Building Act. Clients included Ministry of Education, RNZN - Devonport Naval Base, Bank of New Zealand and wide variety of commercial clients
