I currently work as a Recruitment Marketer within the Employer Branding team at Deloitte. In this role, I combine recruitment, marketing, and communication to strategically engage target audiences and create a consistent, distinctive candidate journey. I have gained hands-on HR and communications experience through internships at bol. and Bikepacking Holland, where I strengthened my skills in stakeholder management, content creation, and internal communication. As a Team Leader at WE Fashion, I developed strong leadership capabilities and learned how to approach diverse customer challenges while guiding a team in a fast-paced environment. Throughout my studies, I discovered the importance of clear communication in every role and setting. My organizational skills were further shaped during my minor in Event Strategies & Design, where I learned to perform effectively under pressure and manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders
