Chinmay Jain is an IIT Roorkee graduate and an IIM Lucknow alumnus (Top 8% of the batch, 2022). He is currently an Associate Vice President in the Chairman’s Office at the Murugappa Group, where he has played a key role in setting up and scaling Axiro Semiconductor’s global operations across the US, India, China, and Turkey. With prior experience as a fast-track promoted Consultant at Bain & Company, he has led engagements spanning corporate strategy, M&A due diligence, value creation, and operating model transformation across sectors including pharma, media, EPC, building materials and social impact. Earlier, he spent over three years at Texas Instruments as a semiconductor design engineer, delivering patented IC innovations for global automotive and industrial customers.
