I managed end-to-end administrative, financial, and data-governance operations, including a period as interim Cashier and Access to Records Coordinator. As an Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Intern with the Nigerian Army Medical Corps, I served on the frontlines of military healthcare—supporting injured soldiers with critical orthopaedic care and rehabilitation. From delivering hands-on first aid to contributing to post-trauma recovery, I gained deep clinical experience in a high-pressure, disciplined environment. This was the nature versus nurture argument. By this, I realised that business, management, and leadership were beyond ; this made me undertake my Master's degree in the research topic, "effects of ethnic/cultural background in the management of international healthcare businesses". Upon conclusion of my research, I was able to establish that human nature plays a vital role in how healthcare businesses were managed

During this program, I learned a lot about leadership from top experts and professors. We covered everything from making smart decisions to managing teams effectively. One of the best parts was getting to work with leaders from different industries. We had some great discussions and learned a lot from each other. This program at Harvard makes me to feel more confident as a leader. During my undergraduate study, I focused on orthotics and alternative materials in fabrication of medical devices Sourcing quality and affordable materials has been an ongoing challenge in the P&O; this is why I carried out my undergraduate project on the fabrication of an Erb's Palsy (a.k.a. aeroplane) splint using locally sourced materials. By this, I was able to establish an alternative supply of materials and components in prosthetics and orthotics as well as in medical devices in general
