Oversee demand and planning, customer service and logistic operation of Textile Effect busniess of Region China. Set up distribution center for North Asia and resale business, as well as operation of Asia sample center and China manufactory.

1. Ensure overall smooth and efficient supply chain operation, taking responsibilities of customer order service management, warehouse & transportation management of mainland China. 2. Be responsible for demand and supply management, purchasing logistic of China resell product, inventory planning of North Asia. 3. Oversee and manage 3rd party warehouse & transportation service providers, I/E service provider and other package material vendor as long-term business partner to ensure stable service quality and competitive cost structure. 4. Design & Implementation of Logistics Solutions. Establish operational procedures for demand management, purchasing logistic, warehousing and delivery to align with marketing & sales requirements. 5. Drive for process improvement and facilitate global & regional supply chain to roll out key project in China region. 6. Achieve global KPI regarding Supply Chain operation cost, inventory target and customer service level target in order to achieve EBDIT target of Textile Effect business unit. 7. Engage in projects including supply chain strategy, organization set-up, route design and business process improvement.
