Technical Engineering & Maintenance Service Fan & Blower and pump Directly responsible for the assignment and coordination and/or execution of activities within the Maintenance group to ensure a productive workforce that supports the facility. Rotating Equipment planning and preparation of work orders for work to be performed by the respective Maintenance departments to ensure the plant is maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner.  Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel.  Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions.  Technical Sales support.  On-site Maintenance of rotating equipment blower, motor, pump. (E.g. Vibration Analysis, Shaft Alignment, Field balance, observing and improvement operating condition).  On site data acquisition and trouble free operation service (e.g. Vibration Analysis, Condition base Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance).  Maintenance scopes of medium/high complexity/relatively low frequency on Rotating Equipment activity (e.g. Blower and fan over haul, pump overhaul & inspections/ major Pump repair and overhaul).  Pump and Piping installation.  Project engineer and Quality Control.  Project reference install new blower IDF1.2 boiler 150 ton at Mitr Phu Vieng  Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel.  Responsible for insuring all SHEA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times and Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.  Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions.  Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job-skill deficiencies.

On-site Maintenance, repair, replace parts, and overhaul of rotating equipment. On-site data acquisition and trouble-free operation service (e.g. Vibration Analysis, Shaft Alignment, Field Balance, Steam Reliability Base on Condition Maintenance, observing and improvement operating condition). Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel. Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions. Compile operational and personnel records, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair and maintenance statistics, and test results. Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.

Field Service. Preventive Maintenance, Technical support, Supply spare parts, Analysis pumps problem, Project consult pumps installation and operate. - Responsible for insuring all SHEA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times and Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. - Reports all incidents, accidents and near misses as per company policy. - Maintaining levels of inventory, ordering and delivery of all necessary parts, supplies and equipment for the Service department under the direction and with the approval of the Supply Chain Manager. - Project Engineer for installation the Rotating Equipment Machines. - Assisting in the disciplinary or promotional recommendations of all service personnel. Reports and manages any disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy. - Preventative maintenance of all machinery & equipment of the Service department. - On site PM and repair or replace parts of rotating equipment at all the problem (e.g. Vibration Analysis, Shaft Alignment, observing and improvement operating condition). - Maintaining the required uniform and insuring a professional appearance, attitude and response for all service, personnel at all times. - Responsible for a 24-hour response to service requests and Set up staff to be available to work on an on-call basis. - Responsible for performance appraisals, recognition, employee development and hiring. - Vibration Signature Analysis & Motor Current Analysis - On site data acquisition and trouble free operation service (e.g. Vibration Analysis, Shaft Alignment, Field Balance, Steam Reliability Base on Condition Maintenance). - Provides annual review of team and setting of Job Description & KPIs.) - Plans, directs, supervises and evaluates workflow. -Planning and Provide support manpower to PM work. Maintenance on all types of Rotating Equipment so they are ready for execution. -Ensure all modified jobs are handled with best safety (PTW). -On site PM and repair or replace parts of rotating equipment at all the problem (e.g. Vibration Analysis, Shaft Alignment, observing and improvement operating condition). -On site PM and repair or replace parts of static equipment at all the problem (e.g. Vibration piping, Flange Alignment, Improve Control Loop Performance of control valve and vessel function test, observing and improvement operating condition). -Maintenance scopes of medium/high complexity/relatively low frequency on Rotating Equipment activity (e.g. Booster pump overhaul & inspections/ major Pump / Compressor change-out / Mobile Generator / Diesel and Gas Engines PM, repair and overhaul). -Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel. -Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance. -Compile operational and personnel records, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair and maintenance statistics, and test results. -Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job-skill deficiencies. -Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, and replacement parts. -Perform skilled repair and maintenance operations, using equipment such as hand and power tools, hydraulic presses and shears, and welding equipment. -Meet with vendors and suppliers to discuss products used in repair work. -Review maintenance supervisor reports and ensure appropriate follow up work-orders are input into Maximo (Old) and ZAP (present) (Computer Maintenance Management System) in accordance with scheduled accordingly.
