As a seasoned Google leader with nearly two decades of experience, my career has revolved around driving strategic partnerships and pioneering product innovations. I'm truly passionate about how technology can reshape our interactions and experiences, making a positive impact on users, partners, and the wider ecosystem. Currently, I have the privilege of leading a dynamic Asia Pacific team, where I spearhead strategic product initiatives and build long-trusted partnerships. It's incredibly rewarding to work at the vibrant intersection of innovation and market adoption, especially with transformative Google technologies like Search, GenAI, Gemini, and GDM. A key focus for me is championing the evolution of search, particularly through advancements like AI Overviews and AI Mode, which are revolutionizing how we all access and interact with information. My foundational experience includes guiding large brands through digital transformation with impactful, content-led strategies as they began their online journey. I've also rolled up my sleeves to craft scrappy, cost-effective initiatives that helped startups rapidly scale. This work, spanning various sectors, has always been about fostering innovation and achieving tangible growth. Drawing on my expertise in organizational behavior and change management, I consult with companies to help them build positive, impactful, and inclusive workplaces. As an ICF-certified coach, I'm delighted to guide individuals and teams to unlock their full potential, and deeply committed to supporting women and advancing DEI initiatives. I've also had the opportunity to consult with startups, partners, and senior leaders on cultivating thought leadership and developing high-performing teams, always with an emphasis on boosting ecosystem engagement and strategic innovation. As a dedicated mentor, I actively empower diverse teams and leaders through programs such as STEM, Women@, StartUp Founder Academy, and various youth mentorship initiatives.
