Regional Care Quality Nurse for We Care Group - previously Flightcare Ltd from 2013 - 2021 when We Care Group acquired Flightcare. Covering 30 homes across the North West / North East focussing on care quality, training & development and supporting colleagues to continually improve resident experience. Working collaboratively with team members to create and implement process, policies and protocols to drive and embed high standards of care. Part of a team responsible for creating and embedding electronic auditing to create standardisation across the group, alongside the implementation of electronic care planning with a person centred approach.
