I began working at 15 and have spent more than 30 years building a career in administrative operations, customer experience, office management, and business support** across a wide range of industries. My experience spans retail sales management, commercial advertising, office and operations management, and customer service—often stepping into roles where processes needed to be organized, systems improved, or teams supported through change.
