CAREER OVERVIEW Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition University Relations: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in universities and colleges Represent the company at career fairs, seminars, and networking events. Collaborate with academic institutions to align our programs with their curriculum. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, business and Manage relationships with universities. Campus Recruitment: Lead end to end campus recruitment efforts, including planning, execution, and evaluation. Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent among campus candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Leverage recruiting knowledge, recruitment results and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs. Internship Program Management: Design and oversee a comprehensive internship program, providing students with meaningful work experiences. Mentor and guide interns, ensuring their integration into the company culture. Evaluate and report on the performance and progress of interns. Employer Branding: Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to enhance the company's presence on campus. Organize workshops, webinars and events to showcase our industry expertise and career opportunities Serve as a "Brand Ambassador" to expand our internal & external footprint to build the brand. Talent Acquisition: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals Creating job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role Posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates Screening resumes and conducting phone screens to assess candidate's qualifications Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates and hiring managers Leading the selection process by using a set of criteria to evaluate candidates and provide recommendations  Lateral Recruitment Skills Handled: Microsoft Technologies: Java SE 17 0.1, Asp.
