THE HANGAR is the one-stop tech & start-up hub for the NUS Community. We provide entrepreneurs with end to end support in their start-up journeys through the NUS Startup Runway where we provides various forms of resources and assistance to help start-ups take flight and propel forward. As a community manager, I represent the brand of the organisation and act as the bridge between the organisation and the community online and offline. Programme Management: Conceptualizing, organizing quarterly bootcamp for early stage startups to equipment founders with the relevant skills in their entrepreneurial journey Incubation Management: Sourcing and management of 30-40 projects/startups within Hangar, day-to-day operations and management of the co-working space Community Management: Creating vibrancy in the space, organising of internal community events, hosting of community events in partnership with stakeholders in the ecosystem Event Management: Organising and conceptualizing of quarterly signature events each garnering more than 100 attendees at any one time. Content Management: Crafting and curation of relevant content to be distributed via our social media channels and internal newsletter Stakeholder Management: Explore collaborative opportunities with stakeholders in the ecosystem such as corporate partners, investors, other incubators/accelerators, faculties and student groups,

Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation (now known as SGTech). SGTech is a premier trade association for the tech industry in Singapore. Within a rapidly evolving technology landscape, SGTech strives to create an ecosystem that anticipates trends and develops sustainable initiatives to strengthen the community and help the industry grow. As part of the secretariat, we provide the infrastructural and manpower resources necessary to realise SGTech’s mission and vision. This is executed via a wide range of programmes and services that add value to its members and Council. Marketing and Events Operations Vendors Management: Sourcing and management of vendors to ensure the operations of each events and programmes are executed smoothly Project Management: Managing of events and programmes from conceptualizing to post event management. Ensuring each event/programme is executed smoothly within allocated budget Startup Initiative Management for 123Jumpstart (123JS): Instrumental in planning and setting up of the initiative from sourcing and management of startups applicants for startup funding to liaison with corporate partners to provide packages for startups. Committee Management: Management and coordination of council meetings and ministerial dialogues with relevant stakeholders. Instrumental in developing and analysis of Pre and Post Budget Survey
